I have worked with Henry from ORT on 3 separate Disney trips in the past few years, 2 of which during the pandemic. The amount of care and effort he put into making sure we had the best possible experience is something that I haven’t had in another other form of customer support elsewhere. He consistently kept me informed of updates, and took the time to keep looking for reservation openings if they weren’t initially available. There’s not enough I can say about the service I received. If you’re looking for an agent to set you up with Disney, Henry and Outer Rim Travels are 100% the way to go.
