Got our cruise booked for January! Massive thanks to Henry Otero for arranging everything. We’re in the UK, and Disney UK don’t offer Starcruiser yet, so booking direct would have meant long international calls. Outer Rim Travels made everything so much easier, including advising us on how to fit Starcruiser in alongside our existing Disney UK vacation booking, which was a bit tricky.

Now we just need to decide on characters and costumes 🙂

Henry at Outer Rim Travels is the best, but I never worked with a TA before. I just got the reservation for March 31, 2022. If any of you have been hesitant, I know I was, but it is worth it. He is very personable, and will do his best to get you what you need and will even be available to help out the closure you get to departure. The only issue, and this isn’t on him, no Captains Table, but who knows, maybe some people will cancel.

Thank you Henry Otero for getting us booked for our 2023 voyage! You made everything so easy for our family as well as the other family traveling with us. Can not wait to be back on the Halcyon on 4/29.

OK, I have not used a travel agent in over 30 years. I book all my own travel, foreign, domestic, cruises etc. I even help my family and friends plan trips. But after reading about the long wait times to book the Galactic Cruiser – if you could even get thru – made me decide to turn to Henry Otero and Outer Rim Travels. Submitted my forms this morning, got a call a few hours later asking for additional information, and have 2 rooms booked for June. Henry made it all painless. I might be a convert to using a travel agent after this experience. I can not recommend Henry and Outer Rim highly enough.

HENRY FROM OUTER RIM TRAVELS IS ON TOP OF HIS GAME FOR REAL!!! He was able to book me plus the Captain’s Table just now. I am not part of any special group (except for annual pass holder) and this man was able to finesse his way to getting the booking completed for me. This was my first time using a vacation planner and it was a million times worth it! There’s no extra cost with using them. That’s the reason why I was hesitant to book through a travel agent but there is no extra fee for using them at all. They get their commission through Disney directly. In fact my transactions come directly from Disney as well.
