OK, I have not used a travel agent in over 30 years. I book all my own travel, foreign, domestic, cruises etc. I even help my family and friends plan trips. But after reading about the long wait times to book the Galactic Cruiser – if you could even get thru – made me decide to turn to Henry Otero and Outer Rim Travels. Submitted my forms this morning, got a call a few hours later asking for additional information, and have 2 rooms booked for June. Henry made it all painless. We called the Galactic Starcruiser booking line bright and early on Thursday morning, waited for 30 minutes, answered some questions and were sent into another hold queue where we waited for over 4 hours before the call was unceremoniously dropped. We tried calling back through various lines for the rest of Thursday and Friday morning, but always got a too busy message. We had pretty much given up when we heard about Outer Rim Travels and decided to give them a try.We filled out the form on Outer Rim Travel’s website and left them a voicemail, and Henry contacted us a few hours later. There was a little back-and-forth of question answering, but they did all the heavy lifting and within 2 hours, we were booked! Thank you!Summer Herrick

Henry at Outer Rim Travels is the best, but I never worked with a TA before. I just got the reservation for March 31, 2022. If any of you have been hesitant, I know I was, but it is worth it. He is very personable, and will do his best to get you what you need and will even be available to help out the closure you get to departure.
