How to Do All 6 Walt Disney World Parks in One Day (Ultimate Challenge & Route)

Doing a Disney World park hop is one thing—but visiting all 6 Walt Disney World parks in a single day is the ultimate theme park logistics test.

We set out to complete the ultimate 6-park challenge across Disney’s 4 main theme parks and 2 water parks in under 15 hours. To make it even tougher, we added strict rules: 2 attractions per park, 1 iconic snack and 1 photo per park, and using all 6 official Disney transportation methods (Monorail, Skyliner, Boats, Buses, Train, Parking Trams).

Here is our exact route, transport strategy, and the full video breakdown of how the day went down.

The 6-Park Challenge Route & Rules

To hit every location before park close without losing time to Orlando traffic, timing the sequence of water park operating hours and theme park hop windows is critical.

Rule 1: Visit all 4 theme parks + both water parks (Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon).

Rule 2: Experience 2 attractions at every single stop.

Rule 3: Eat 1 snack & take 1 photo per park (12 total).

Rule 4: Utilize all 6 Disney World transportation options throughout the day.

Step-by-Step Order of the Day

1. Park 1: Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Early morning rope drop to knock out key attractions before crowds build.

2. Parks 2 & 3: Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon – Mid-morning water park sweep to beat the afternoon heat.

3. Park 4: Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Midday transition utilizing Disney bus and boat transport connections.

4. Park 5: EPCOT – Afternoon sweep connecting via the Disney Skyliner for quick park-to-park access.

5. Park 6: Magic Kingdom – Nighttime finale arriving via the Monorail to finish the challenge before fireworks.

Disney Challenge Planning Tips

If you are planning your own Walt Disney World park-hopping challenge, keep these logistics in mind:

Check water park operating hours early, as seasonal schedules vary.

Factor in 20–30 minutes of buffer time for every transport transfer.
