Opening Day at Disney Springs’ Newest Sweet Spot
Six Ravens, the sister shop to Gideon’s Bakehouse, officially held its Grand Opening at Disney Springs on October 17, 2026. It’s actually been in soft opening since August, but the official opening day is a different beast entirely, and I wanted to be there for it.
I walk you through my visit in this latest video, from the line to the first bite. A few things stood out enough that I want to call them out below.
The Line Is a Commitment
I arrived about 45 minutes before Six Ravens opened, then waited another 50 minutes after doors opened before I finally got inside. That’s roughly an hour and a half total. That said, it was the grand opening day, so it’s entirely possible that influenced the wait time and queue. If you’re visiting in the coming weeks, plan accordingly.
Tiny Inside, Just Like Gideon’s Bakehouse
If you’ve been to Gideon’s Bakehouse, you already know what to expect: the space is small. In order to control capacity, the team only allows a few folks inside at a time. Naturally, this contributes to the wait. It’s very much a grab-and-go shop, so don’t count on lingering.
Opening Day Gifts
The team had a couple of surprises for guests as part of the celebration. I came away with a collectible pin of the Six Ravens logo and a little paper crown. These were only available while supplies lasted.
No Seating, So Here’s My Tip
There’s nowhere to sit inside, so I took my order across Disney Springs to the little theater near Wine Bar George and the Boathouse. It was a perfect spot to settle in and try everything.
The Taste Test (No Spoilers)
I tried The Wizard’s Wonder coffyn and the house root beer, and you will hear my thoughts in the video. As for whether it was worth the wait, nah. No hot pocket is worth an hour and a half wait.
